Between Aug 4 10:00 PM UTC and Aug 5 3:00 PM UTC the ThousandEyes platform sent incorrect Enterprise Agent alert notifications reporting that some Enterprise Agents were offline although such Agents were correctly checking in, uploading test results successfully and showing as online in the ThousandEyes portal

The issue was identified and mitigated
