The ThousandEyes Subscription-Management team will perform maintenance on the usage service between 03:00 pm and 5:00 pm UTC on Tuesday, 2025-08-19, in the US1 and US2 regions
Anticipated Impact
The Usage Service will be impacted for up to 120 minutes during this maintenance window. During this time, users will experience the following functionalities being unavailable or marked under maintenance:
* Cloud & Enterprise Agreement: Test creation/modification/deletion
* Cloud & Enterprise Agreement: Test Projection
* Endpoint: Enabling agents from UI or public API/Auto-decommissioning job/Agent registration, transfer, enablement
* Cloud Insights/Traffic Insights/Connected Devices: Usage Reporting and Projection
* Internet Insights: Users won't be able to add/remove package selection, and might show incorrect available/consumed/remaining licenses
* BGP: Bulk API Projection, Test Creation/Projection, Quotas, BGP Easy Onboarding
* Usage & Billing Page: Information consisting of Usage Data, Usage Breakdown (By Test, AccountGroup, TestType), Quota-related features
* APIs: Any usage-related APIs, along with internal or external team functionalities linked to them
