Summary: We have identified an issue causing delays when assigning or modifying Endpoint Experience Scheduled Tests in the US1 Region, beginning at 15:00 UTC on May 13, 2026.
Impact: Customers may experience delays when creating or modifying Endpoint Experience Scheduled Tests, the endpoint agents may experience delays in receiving updated test schedules.
Status: Our engineering team is actively investigating the root cause and working toward a resolution.
