ThousandEyes Engineering Operations will increase the hardware capacity of BGP Collectors bgpc-8 (54.177.98.192) and
bgpc-17 (54.177.196.81).

Impact:
BGP Monitors using these collectors will be unavailable for less than 5 minutes during a reboot.
