Description:

ThousandEyes team will be performing a maintenance window for US1/US2 regions.

Start time: 2026-02-26 02:00:00 UTC
End time: 2026-02-26 03:00:00 UTC

Impact:
During this scheduled maintenance window, customers in the US1/US2 regions may temporarily experience:

Account Management:
-Temporary inability to create or modify tests and agents.
-Temporary inability to modify subscription settings.
-Brief delays in viewing correct usage data and reports.
-Minor delays in billing synchronization.

Enterprise Agents Management:
- Enterprise agent check in failures.
- Test results will be not collected.
- Test assignment and rebalance of cluster will not work.
- Crash reports will be not captured.

Network and Application Synthetics:
- Snapshots will not work.
- Data display will be delayed.
- Errors might be observed under features of section "Network and Application Synthetics".

Reports:
Dashboards may experience rendering issues. Filters might not function correctly, and permission checks could fail.

BGP Tests:
-Implicit prefixes data will be not visible, under BGP views.
-BGP test settings, Updates and views may experience delays or not even show information.

Alerts:
-There will be a delay in updates to tests and in updates to associations between alert rules and tests

APIs:
-API requests may be temporarily unavailable
