Summary
The ThousandEyes team will perform maintenance on the US region back-end services on November 13, 2023, between 17:00 and 20:00 UTC. We expect no more than 30 minutes of downtime to ALL services hosted in the US region within that maintenance window.
Anticipated Impact
With high probability, the ThousandEyes platform in the US region will be mostly unavailable. Customers that rely on the US region will be affected in major ways, including inability to log in and inability to visualize collected data and make changes to their accounts and settings.
No impact is expected to customers that rely on our other environments, like the EU region or any other services and products that are not dependent on the US region .
