Identified

The team has identified an issue with our upstream authentication provider between 16:07 UTC - 16:40 UTC. Users should now be able to authenticate correctly and the team is continuing work on mitigation and root cause analysis.

We are investigated an increased rate of authentication errors starting at 16:15 UTC for app.thousandeyes.com and api.thousandeyes.com affecting specific features, including WAN Insights for newly authenticated requests.
