The ThousandEyes Account Management team will perform maintenance on Webapps services between 05:00 PM and 05:30 PM UTC on 7th December 2024. This maintenance will impact all regions.

Anticipated Impact:
Case creation services may be impacted for up to 30 minutes during this maintenance window. Users will observe the following behavior while services are impacted:

Contact support functionality may be affected;

Chat with support functionality may be affected;

Encrypted SAML SSO login to the ThousandEyes.
