Summary: We observed issues while loading the waterfall or details view for the Transaction, Page Load, and API Tests Results in the US1 Region.
Impact: Between 18:00 and 22:15 on Dec 20th loading waterfall or details view for the Transaction, Page Load, and API Tests Results in the US1 Region was affected. As a result, 'No data for this agent' or 'No waterfall data for this agent' was displayed. Calls to the API endpoints that retrieve the test results returned empty. The empty results were temporary, and underlying data has now been restored. No data was lost during the event.
