Impact: During this scheduled maintenance window, customers in the US1 and US2 regions may temporarily experience:
Account Management: -Temporary inability to modify subscription settings -Minor delays in billing synchronization -Delays in viewing correct usage data and reports
Network and Application Synthetics: - Agent settings page will be temporarily unavailable. - Tests updates and creation will not work. - Snapshots on views will not work. - Views page will not work. - Data collected by test or reported by agents will be delayed but no will be not lost. - Label creation or association may fail. - Create or update enterprise agents may fail.
Endpoint Experience: - Scheduled, Dynamic Tests and Local Networks data may be temporarily unavailable or may not show location and ASN information. - Label creation or association may fail.
Dashboards: -Dashboard creation for cloud and enterprise agent data and loading might face issues. -Delayed data on dashboards. -Scheduled snapshot creation might fail and delay in snapshot emails.
BGP Tests: -Implicit and explicit prefixes data will be not visible, under BGP views. -BGP updates may experience delays -Delays or failure when adding new private monitors. -BGP views will experience delays.
Alerts: -There will be a delay or failures in updates to tests and in updates to associations between alert rules and tests. -Alert notification may experience delays
Integrations: -New integrations cannot be created.
APIs: -API requests may be temporarily unavailable
