We observed an issue for some customers in the EU Region between Nov 14th at 16:00 and Nov 15th 13:09 UTC

Impact:

Customers in the EU Region could experienced problems while using Connected Devices Real Speed, this was generated due to a configuration change in our services. The engineering team reverted back the configuration and the issue is mitigated.
