Emergency SSO SAML Cert Rotation (2026)

Scheduled Maintenance Report for ThousandEyes

Postmortem

During final validation, we encountered an issue that prevented the renewed SAML certificate from being promoted during the previously announced maintenance window. The issue has been resolved, and testing has now been completed successfully.

The certificate rotation is rescheduled for August 20, 2026, from 16:00 to 18:00 UTC (9:00 to 11:00 AM PDT)

We apologize for the additional schedule change and appreciate your understanding.
